We Renovate Homes specialists in assisting the do it yourself home renovator or handyman to do it themselves with solid advice, clear instruction and assistance when required. And this is where we can probably help you!
We Renovate Homes DIY expert, Graeme Homewood, is available for a consultation in your own home. Graeme will come to your home to look over the projects you would like to do yourself, give you advice on how it can be done, whether it can be done safely and legally by you.
Graeme has a vast array of digital photos covering everything from demolition to reconstruction and step by step aids to help with any renovation project you may be considering. He also has a list of construction materials and their uses for different types of building work, a useful outline of equipment selection from skip-bins to bobcats, excavators and hire equipment.
What we provide
Typically Graeme will provide the following assistance but it does vary depending on the job and your requirements:
- Come to your home and look over the project/s
- Tell you what you can do safely and legally
- Give you design ideas if you require them
- Provide you with training and clear instructions
- Access to diagrams and images
- Assist you with a materials list, selection and suppliers
- Provide advice in the selection of tools and equipment
- Return if required to see how you are going
- Some phone assistance if you get stuck.
All this comes at a very reasonable hourly rate so that you can reap the money saving benefits and personal satisfaction of completing the job yourself. To arrange a consultation or for more specific information, contact us.
Rates ON SITE $66.00 for the first half an hour and $66.00 for every hour after. Minimum call out fee of $120.00 plus GST
